“Access to services shouldn’t be a challenge – it should be a right,” said Robyn Davis, President & CEO of
Brown County United Way. “The addition of a mobile classroom brings us one step closer to removing
barriers and ensuring that every person has a real opportunity to thrive.
Why It Matters
For many families in Brown County, transportation, time, stigma, and systemic inequity stand in the way
of critical help. HubCAP is designed to change that—bringing services to people instead of asking people
to find services. This mobile, community-based model is not just about convenience—it’s about equity,
dignity, and empowerment.
