Our Impact

Building a Stronger Community

Brown County United Way’s mission is to unite people, ideas, and resources to co-create community solutions that strengthen every person and every community. We fight for the dream that every person in Brown County will have equitable access to quality education, health, financial wellbeing, and connection to the community. To live our mission, our organizational approach to investment and strategies has significantly evolved and adapted over the years. Our Community Impact Team is a group of dedicated changemakers who believe in an integrated and holistic approach to community change.

Our United Way Impact Priority Pillars of Education, Health, Financial Wellbeing, and Connection to Community are the foundational building blocks for our Impact Framework. Brown County United Way is catalyzing transformational community change through targeted investments of time, dollars and organizational resources that will drive change in community and individual financial stability, social issues, educational opportunities, wellbeing, and a sense of community belonging.
