Techquity WI Program – Green Bay area residents

Techquity WI is a statewide (no cost!) device access and navigation program that offers long-term, loaned laptops or tablets and one-on-one digital support to help individuals succeed in work, school, healthcare, and beyond! Brown County United Way is proud to partner with the United Way Wisconsin network to bring this program to the county.
Eligibility is:
- Not own a personal computer or laptop.
- Not have already received a device through the Techquity Wisconsin or a similar program.
- Belong to one of these population groups:
- A household with an income at or below 200% FPL OR
- An underserved household (lacking internet service)
- An under-connected household (limited access due to constraining factors like cost or provider options)
- An ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) household
- Have a critical need for digital access that was exacerbated by the COVID-19 public health emergency, related to work/education/health.
- Be over the age of 13.
- Be a resident of Brown County
