HubCAP-Medical and Behavioral Health

HubCAP is partnering with N.E.W Community Clinic’s Behavioral Health team to deliver non-crisis, initial psychiatric evaluations with a Nurse Practitioner. These services will be done in the HubCAP RV, a comfortable, confidential and private setting equipped with couches to help you feel comfortable during your appointment.
N.E.W Community Clinic’s Mobile unit ( MOBY) will also be onsite to accept walk in urgent care (colds, sore throats, minor injuries, medicine management). N.E.W Community Clinic accepts Medicaid/Badger Care and Medicare and offers a Sliding Fee discount program for the uninsured. The HubCAP Team will be on site to provide additional resource information and connection. Look for our HubCAP RV on site!
