HubCAP-Community Baby Shower and Resource Fair

HubCAP is partnering with Emplify Health to participate in a Community Baby Shower and Resource Fair! In partnership with the Green Bay Packers, Emplify Health is hosting a free community baby shower for expectant parents and families with children under age 3.
In addition, local community organizations and businesses came together to create an exclusive MVP Community Care Kit. Supplies are limited to the first 75 households- please arrive early to claim yours!
