Brain Center of Green Bay | ADRC: A Lunch and Learn for individuals 60+ years

This lunch and learn will share the importance of sleep for brain health. This presentation emphasizes the significance of restorative sleep and how to establish a sleep routine for all ages.   Grounded Cafe will be serving a Farmhouse Feast Salad (see flyer for lunch details). Suggested contribution for lunch is $5 or if under the age of 60 years, cost is $11.35. Space is limited; pre-registration is required.
