DESCRIPTION:The HubCAP team will be onsite at Safe Place Parking\, a program of Wise Women Gathering Place which exists to fill a gap in the homeless-to-housing continuum for people sleeping in their cars. The Safe Place Parking program provides a parking lot designed for people to sleep safely and undisturbed through the night. \nForward Service Corporation will join us on the HubCAP RV to provide resource information and FSET enrollment. Laundry Love Brown County will also be onsite to provide resources for laundry support. The HubCAP team will be available with additional resources and connection.
