Brown County United Way is proud to partner with the United Way Wisconsin network to bring this program to the county. \nEligibility is: \n\nNot own a personal computer or laptop.\nNot have already received a device through the Techquity Wisconsin or a similar program.\nBelong to one of these population groups:\n\nA household with an income at or below 200% FPL OR\nAn underserved household (lacking internet service)\nAn under-connected household (limited access due to constraining factors like cost or provider options)\nAn ALICE (Asset Limited\, Income Constrained\, Employed) household\nHave a critical need for digital access that was exacerbated by the COVID-19 public health emergency\, related to work/education/health.\nBe over the age of 13.\nBe a resident of Brown County\n\n\n\nPre-registration is required; space is limited. \nPre-register now \nThis event is intended for families of students at Howe Elementary Community School.
