HubCAP-On the Move: Pulaski

HubCAP is On the Move! Visit us in Pulaski for a mobile rural health resource fair where HubCAP will be onsite to provide 211 navigation and resource support alongside other mobile resource units including YMCA’s Y on the Fly, Wello’s Fresh Produce Truck, N.E.W Community Clinic’s MOBY, Brown County Library’s Bookmobile and the Vet Center’s mobile unit. On the Move, combines mobile health and community resource vehicles with community partners to bring healthcare, support services, and other vital resources directly to residents where they live, work, and gather.
Free produce from Wello will be available while supplies last.
