Information, community resources, and referrals on a variety of health and human service issues are available with one easy call to one of 2-1-1’s trusted and caring call specialists. Specialists are available to answer the helpline 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
At Brown County 2-1-1, all contacts are answered by staff with knowledge about a variety of health and human service areas. Brown County 2-1-1 is nationally accredited by AIRS (Alliance of Information & Referral Systems) and locally endorsed by Wisconsin-AIRS (Wisconsin- Alliance of Information & Referral Systems).
2-1-1 is a statewide resource, available to everyone. There are eight 2-1-1 contact centers in Wisconsin, divided regionally. Each center is accessible by calling 2-1-1 or toll free (877) 847-2211. The services are available 24 hours, every day, and all year. Find out more information here

2-1-1 Counts: Find out what the community’s most pressing needs are by exploring 2-1-1 counts. This website offers real-time, searchable data that is customizable by Wisconsin 2-1-1 call center, zip code, or legislative district.
2-1-1 Reports: United Way 2-1-1 reports on what needs are being presented in the community, how they are being met, and who is helping to meet those needs. Caller information such as gender, age, and sex are also collected. View reports here.
2-1-1 Community Education: 2-1-1 can provide services to your organization including direct referrals, guest speakers, a 2-1-1 informational booth at health fairs or trade shows, 2-1-1 material distribution, and in-service training.
