A quick shout out is in order to The Community Partnership for Children on celebrating 10 years of success in 2015!
The CPC is an initiative coordinated by the Brown County United Way, which has succeeded with the support of many organizations and community champions. As a result, numerous children and families have been strengthened.
To date, 12,638 Welcome Baby Visits have been completed, with 3,859 families identified at risk and 4,336 families/children receiving home visits and other parenting support services. Additional early childhood-focused strategies have been launched and many community collaborations created and deepened.
Through these efforts, the end result will be stronger families, thriving children and, over time, an improved workforce and economy.
On April 17, 2015 the CPC will host the Start Smart Breakfast. Register here.
