Program/Service Description:
NeighborWorks Green Bay is Certified by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development as a Housing Counseling Agency. All facets of pre- and post-purchase homebuyer education and counseling is available in weekly classes and one-on-one sessions. We also provide counseling to families at risk of foreclosure through mortgage delinquency or default and we education seniors about Home Equity Conversion (Reverse) mortgages. A variety of loan programs are also available. NeighborWorks Green Bay also renovates housing in downtown Green Bay for sale to or occupancy by area working families.
