Program/Service Description:
Ten pharmaceutical companies are joining together to offer prescription drug discount cards to low-income individuals and families who do not have prescription coverage and who are not covered by Medicare. In order to qualify for the program you must meet the following requirements: *Under age 65 and not otherwise eligible for Medicare *No prescription drug coverage, public or private *Household income equal to or less than: Single person- $30,000 Family of two-$40,000 Family of three-$50,000 Family of four-$60,000 Family of five-$70,000 Legal U.S. resident
