Program/Service Description:
The YWCA provides specialized exercise and support for cancer patients and survivors. Individuals faced with a cancer diagnosis will find the resources necessary to improve physical and mental well-being, regain strength and mobility, help alleviate stress and fatigue, and reduce risk factors for recurrence. Participants are empowered to enhance their physical and emotional health through therapeutic exercise, informaitve learning sessions and survivor support at the YWCA.
