Program/Service Description:
The Telecommunications Assistance Program provides funds to people who have a hearing loss or who are deaf in order to enable them to purchase special devices to help them communicate. Income must be below the following guidelines to be eligible: one person, $19,600; two people, $26,400; three people, $33,200; four people, $40,000.
