For wards with assets under $2000: Guardian of person and estate: $100/month; Guardian of estate: $50/month. One time start up fee: $175; one time closing cost: $175; for wards with assets over $2000: $35/hour with a $100/month minimum.

Program/Service Description:
We provide the following professional corporate guardianship services: guardian of person: determine ward's needs, advocate for those needs, desires and well being. Make legal, medical and service decisions on behalf of the ward, link ward to appropriate services. Fulfill requirements to maintain ward's current services. Participate in meetings, provide information and documents to the court, keep current on Wisconsin guardianship statues, laws and administrative rules. Guardian of estate: apply for and maintain benefits available to ward, receive ward's income to pay for current and foreseeable needs. Funds not needed to meet the ward's current needs are saved, records are kept of all payments received and how they are spent or saved. Provide information to client's social services agencies or medical facilities provides. Notify SSA of changes when required. Complete written reports accounting for the use of funds. Also provided is a payee service which helps individuals with finances.
