The Transitional Housing Program provides transitional living to families who have "graduated" out of the traditional shelter setting and are seeking to further achieve self sufficiency through case management and guidance. A noon lunch program is available from 11:30am to 12:30pm Monday through Friday. The Community Center offers an after-school program and a summer day camp program. The senior center offers educational and recreational opportunities for older adults. Transportation is available.
