Program/Service Description:
Experienced professionals providing advocacy, respect and representation for those in need. Provides guardianship of person and estate. Lutheran Social Services guardians strive to make decisions that consider both the individual's needs and the individual's personality. We also seek input from other professionals who touch the ward's life. Management includes securing services, assistance with budgeting and housing, securing medical decisions, as well as going to court on the behalf of the ward. LSS is a Class A Corporate Guardian approved by the State of Wisconsin. LSS Guardianship Specialists are Registered Guardians through the National Guardianship Foundation.
