Program/Service Description:
Provides community services that benefit low to moderate income and disabled people. There is financial assistance with housing needs such as monthly rent reduction, subsidized rental units and down payment and closing cost assistance in the form of interest-free second mortgage home loans. Financial assistance with heating needs such as emergency furnace repairs and funds for heating bills is also available. Vouchers are available for those who are unable to work due to a disability to help with housing and maintenance costs. Supportive services are also available for vocation upgrading and employment training including senior employment. Call for further information. An application will need to be completed to determine eligibility for the programs.
