Program/Service Description:
The Alzheimers Association serves as the focal point for needs identification, information and assistance, and services for those affected by Alzheimers Disease and other related dementia. There is also a lending library of books, videos and other resource material available for families and caregivers. The association serves 14 counties: Brown, Calumet, Door, Green Lake, Kewaunee,Manitowoc, Marinette, Marquette,Menominee, Oconto, Outagamie, Shawano, Waupaca, Winnebago. Brochures are available.
