Program/Service Description:
Aging information, disability information and assistance is a service of the Aging & Disability Resource Center of Brown County and is available to Brown County residents age 60 or older and persons with disabilities and their families. Staff is available for private, confidential consultations with older adults and their families by telephone, in their home or at the Aging & Disability Resource Center. Long-term care information on home health care agencies, transportation, support groups, nursing homes, Community Based Residential Facilities(CBRF), apartments and many other community services is available.
