According to data compiled by Brown County United Way's 2-1-1 program during its call center's first five months of operation (June 6, 2007 - November 15, 2007), the following represents the most prevalent requests from 1,307 callers seeking help or information:
- Housing (Shelter, Utilities, Rental Assistance)
- General and Organization Information (Community Centers, Financial Institutions, Directory Assistance)
- Health and Mental Health Services (Dental, Vision, Respite Care, ADHD, Counseling, General Medical)
- Food (Pantries and Other Free Food Services, FoodShare, Farmers Market)
- Individual and Family (Adoption, Adult Daycare, Childcare, Mentoring, Etc.)
- Transportation (e.g Gas, Bus Fare, Medical, Car Repairs)
