Eligibility:

    

Must live in Brown County. Income must be less than 225% of federal poverty level. Must have driver's license, employment, or good job lead, or verifiable source of income while looking for work. Other locations serve Calumet, Outagamie, Portage, Waupaca and Winnebago County.

Fees Charges:

    

Client pays for processing fee, average area repairs and is responsible for getting auto insurance.

Intake Process:

    

Must fill out application with household income disclosure, take car maintenance class, receive financial management instruction from financial consultant, interview by program coordinator.

Donated Wheels: This program provides donated vehicles to income eligible families who need reliable personal transportation to gain, retain or improve their employment status WINR Donated Wheels is a program supported by private and public funds, and area churches, and matches people with the cars that will allow them to seek, maintain and improve their employment.
