Program/Service Description:
Smart Parenting is an eight-hour course designed to help parents learn positive child discipline techniques. Though the program is focused on children ages 4-12 years, parents with children of other ages are also welcome to attend. The class is based upon the nationally acclaimed parenting course, "Smart Discipline™" by Larry Koenig. Smart Parenting can help parents with the following issues: - Attitude - Discipline - Power Struggles/Timeouts - Consequences - Consistency - Rewards - Nurturing - Self-Esteem/Positive Beliefs
