Program/Service Description:
Crime Prevention Foundation of Brown County is the first Crime Prevention Foundation in the United States. It is a fund managed by the Greater Green Bay Community Foundation. Its sole purpose is to provide financial support for crime prevention programs in Brown County - Programs like D.A.R.E., Crimestoppers, School Liaison Officers, Teen Court, and many more. The Foundation provides a stable, long-term source of funds for Crime Prevention programs in Brown County that face elimination every year, because of State and Local budget cuts.
