Program/Service Description:
Howe Elementary schoolchildren are provided a safe, nurturing and fun environment during early morning hours on school days. Working parents can enroll their children and drop them off as early as 6:30 am. The children are walked over to school from the Resource Center for breakfast before school. There is no cost for this program. Only during the school year and only on school days.
