Individuals who are in the final stages of life and would like to receive skilled nursing care in an alternative, home-like setting are eligible to make the Jack and Engrid Meng Residence their home

Fees Charges:

Unity is able to offer room and board at a low cost to our patients. Daily room and board are covered by a patient's private insurance, private pay and community support. Hospice care services are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and other funding sources.

Unity's Jack and Engrid Meng Residence offers the people of Northeast Wisconsin a home away from home to receive specialized end-of-life care. At Unity's Residence, family and friends can feel confident that their loved one is receiving the care, expertise and serenity they need and deserve at one of life's most precious times. All patients enjoy private rooms in a peaceful, home-like setting with access to around-the-clock comforts and care provided by Unity's skilled staff.
