Life Ring is a secular AODA support group. Life Ring offers a complete abstinence philosophy in a friendly down to earth atmosphere, with the freedom to create the sobriety program that works for you. There is no higher power, no steps, no prayers, just good old-fashioned group support for your self-help recovery.
