Program/Service Description:
This program is a program with the Department of Refugee, Migration and Hispanic Services. KEY's primary goal is to help refugee children succeed in education. Programs seek to prevent or reduce the problems of truancy, school dropouts, early marriage, teen pregnancy, running away and gang involvement. Services offered: - case assessment and case management - intervention and counseling - consultation with schools, Human Services, law enforcement, and Neighborhood Resource Centers - workshops for refugee parents and youth - a range of activities for fun and personal development - tutoring - summer camping experience
