Eligibility:

    

Anyone who is of driving age, has a current driver's license, and has experienced a change in physical or mental status as a result of stroke, traumatic brain injury, or other disorder

Fees Charges:

    

Out-of-pocket fee of $100 will be charged for this assessment as most insurers will not reimburse for this service as driving is not deemed medically necessary.

Program/Service Description:
Bellin Health Occupational Therapy provides clinically based diver's assessments to aid the patient and their physician in determining whether they are safe to continue driving. The assessment includes several key components and is conducted as an outpatient service.
