Program/Service Description:
Senior Homes is subsidized housing for older adults. Laundry facilities are available as well as a garage for $10/month. Utilities are included in the rent. There are 6 one bedroom apartments and 2 two bedroom apartments. Must meet income eligibility for subsidized housing, which is as follows: one person very low income--$22,600 and low income--$36,200; two people very low income--$25,850 and low income--$41,350. Security deposit is one month's rent. Must be age 62 or older or handicapped. Both pets and smoking are allowed.
