Program/Service Description:
The mission of FISC (Financial Information and Service Center) is to help families and individuals improve the quality of their lives through the teaching and application of sound financial principles. People with a wide variety of financial concerns, such as poor credit, high debt ratios, and inadequate savings are served. Debt management services are offered to help individuals repay their debts in a reasonable time frame through workshops and practical counseling. A representative payee service is also provided to persons receiving checks from the Social Security Administration. Services provided include paying bills, budgeting, and money management in general.
