Program/Service Description:
Angel's Touch IV is a 20 bed community based residential facility which accepts private funds and Community Options Program (COP) as payment sources. The rooms are private with a private bath with pull cords in the rooms. There are nurses and nursing assistants on staff to provide 24 hour assistance. The facility is a memory care facility and specializes in dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. Base rate is $3,600.
