Program/Service Description:
The YWCA of Green Bay-De Pere offers land fitness classes and aquatic therapy classes that deal with the issues associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, and osteoporosis. The pools maintain a therapeutic 88 degree temperature and are handicapped accessible. Classes are designed to improve range of motion, coordination, strength, flexibility and functional mobility.
