Program/Service Description:
Wyndemere is a community based residential facility that is licensed as a class C facility by the State of Wisconsin. Wyndemere Estate has 20 private rooms with half baths and Wyndemere East has 16 private rooms with half baths. Both accept individuals with Alzheimer's Disease and dementia. Wyndemere North as 8 private rooms with a half bath and is specific to individuals with a developmental disability or a physical disability. The monthly cost of $4,812 is all inclusive and there are no additional fees for increased levels of care. Accepts Community Options (COP) and private pay for payment for each facility. Wyndemere North accepts Community Integration Program (CIP) for payment in addition to the other forms of payment. The entire property is fenced and gated for security. A full time RN is on staff.
