Program/Service Description:
Woodside Oaks is a housing apartment complex for people age 55 and older. A studio apartment is $5352month; one bedroom--$721; deluxe one bedroom--$796; two bedroom--$955/month; two bedroom deluxe--$977/month. Security deposit for a studio is $250, one bedroom--$500 and two bedroom--$750. Heat and water are included in the rent. Electricity per month: studio--$30; one bedroom--$36; two bedroom--$43. Garage with opener is $37. Complimentary meal is on Wednesday. Can purchase supper other weeknights for $7.75. Guest meal price is $11.50. There is a charge of $2.50 for tray service. House cleaning is $13.50/hour and maintenance is $18.70/hour. No pets except birds and fish. Planned activities, woodworking room, English Pub, pool tables, rides available on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday for no charge. Pay laundromat on premises, fitness center and community room are also available. Smoking is not allowed. Motel apartment available for out of town guests.
