Program/Service Description:
Woodside Manor I, II, III are licensed as a class C community based residential facility by the State of Wisconsin. Manor I has 30 units, Manor II has 37 units and Manor III has 31 units. Manor I & II offer one or two bedrooms with baths and Manor III offers one bedroom and one bedroom deluxe with baths. All are wheelchair accessible. Cost: Manor I--$1,815 to $2,275/month; Manor II--$1,950 to $2,250/month; Manor III--$2,300 $2,525/month. Additional cost depending on care needs. Accepts private funds for payment. Each facility offers communal dining, secured buildings, patio/balcony, emergency call lights, in-house lifeline system, weekly cleaning of kitchen and bathroom, weekly laundering of bed linen, religious services and activities. Beautician services, 24 hour awake staff, and personal laundry. Smoking outside in designated areas. No pets allowed.
