Program/Service Description:
Woodside Haven is a Federally subsidized housing unit. There are 24 units with two of the units being handicapped accessible. All are one bedroom apartments. Must be age 62 or older and must meet income guidelines. Rent is 30% of adjusted gross income. Pets are allowed with a $300 deposit, there are pull cords in the rooms and it is a smoke free environment.
