Program/Service Description:
A home health care agency that provides medical and non medical services. Provides RN, LPN, home health aides, social worker, occupational, speech, physical therapies, infusion therapy, and personal care workers. Accepts Medicaid, Community Options (COP), insurance, private pay and Medicare. Cost is as follows: RN--$188/visit; home health aide--$100; personal care worker--$25.75. There is a one hour minimum.
