Program/Service Description:
Santa Maria offers 50 beds; 46 private rooms and 2 semi private rooms. There are all semi private baths. It is certified for Medicare and Medicaid. Offers physical, speech, occupational, and restorative therapies, daily activities, religious services, hospice, IV therapy, wound treatment, dialysis, dietician, laundry, beauty/barber shop and short-term respite stays. Contracts with Unity Hospice, Heartland Home Health, Southern Care, and Aurora Visiting Nurse to provide hospice care.
