Eligibility:

    

Program is available to Brown County residents only. Students who have registered for assistance through the Service League Back-to-School program and the Franklin Middle School are ineligible.

Intake Process:

    

Parents must bring: 1. picture I.D. and/or Social Security card for the parent. 2. Birth Certificates, shot records or other form of age verification for children receiving supplies. 3. Need proof of current residence (eg. rent receipt, ID, utility bill) 4. Proof of household income (pay stub, W-2, Social Security, unemployment).

Program/Service Description:
Tools for School Distribution is a program whereby parents are able to receive recommended school supplies for school aged children. Due to limited space, parents are asked NOT to bring their children. Call for day and time of distribution.
