Program/Service Description:
This residential care apartment complex offers 20 private apartments with private baths. Beauty shop and fitness room are available. The basic service includes: private apartment with kitchen and bath, twenty-four hour staff and emergency call system, three hours per week of personal, supportive and nursing services, planned activities, all utilities except telephone, light house cleaning weekly, bed linens laundered weekly, cable television, and keyed mailbox. Cost varies depending on the level of care required. A meal plan is available. The facility is subjected to surveys by the State of Wisconsin. Accepts private funds and county funding.
