Program/Service Description:
This organization helps those who do not have insurance obtain ostomy supplies at the best possible prices. Donations of ostomy supplies are accepted and then re-shipped postage pre-paid to a person without medical insurance for a handling fee. A payment of postage and handling charges of ten percent of the value shipped is expected if the retail price of the shipment is $101 or more. For shipments below $100, the recipient is expected to pay the cost of postage. All payments are expected to be received by Osto Group within 30 days of receipt of material and a second shipment will not be made until payment is received for the prior shipment. There is also a program with a medical supply house that will offer supplies at reasonable rates.
