Program/Service Description:
The Odd Fellow Home is a skilled nursing home that offers 37 semi private rooms and eight private rooms. It is certified for Medicare and Medicaid, and accepts insurance and private funds for payment. It offers speech, occupational and physical therapy, beauty/barber shop, daily activities, religious services, hospice, respite, and a smoking area. Contracts with Unity Hospice, Heartland Home Health, Aspera, and Aurora Visiting Nurse to provide hospice care. There is no specific Alzheimer's unit.
