Program/Service Description:
Nicolet Highlands is a housing apartment complex for people age 55 and older. Apartments range in cost from $554 to $1,090 depending on the size of the apartment. No entry fees or endowment fees required. Apartments feature an emergency call system, microwave oven, dishwasher, one or two bedrooms, washer/dryer hookups, central AC, cable tv hook up. The building provides a secure entrance, laundry rooms on each floor, on site manager, elevator, heated underground parking, storage on each floor, fitness room, community room, resident parties, trips, tours, and outings. for additional cost you can receive: hot/cold meal delivery, maid service, personal assistance, beautician service, medication delivery, van service, and other services. WHEDA apartments, which are subsidized housing units, are available. Income restrictions for these apartments are as follows: one person--$22,600; two people--$25,850. No pets allowed. No smoking.
