Program/Service Description:
NEWCAP provides immigration services to recently arrived refugees and helps them achieve economic self-sufficiency and social adjustment within the shortest time possible following their arrival. Services include: literacy training, English as a Second Language, employability services, case management, social adjustment services, and citizenship and naturalization services.
