Program/Service Description:
Provides transportation to older adults and disabled. Medical transportation can be provided. Serves Brown, Door, Kewaunee and Marinette counties. Will transport on holidays only for dialysis patients. Will bill Medicaid (MA). Cost is $12.50 for the first 5 miles and $1.40 for every mile thereafter.
