Program/Service Description:
Each client is evaluated and from the evaluation an individualized and realistic treatment and/or exercise program is set by the client, his/her family and therapist. With the goal of attaining maximum independent functioning utilizing physical, vocational and pre-vocational tasks, occupational therapy provides rehabilitation for the client in the areas of activities of daily living, home management, restorative services, and psycho-social needs. Patients are eligible upon physician's orders. Home assessments can also be arranged.
