Program/Service Description:
The purpose of the National Federation of the Blind--Wisconsin chapter is to help visually impaired persons achieve self-confidence. The organization provides information and assistance services, literature and publications about blindness, adaptive equipment for the blind, and assists in the formation of support groups. A newsletter is also offered.
