Program/Service Description:
Meadows North is a federally subsidized housing complex and has 75 units. Eight of the apartments are wheelchair accessible. Must be age 62 or older, or handicapped/disabled to be eligible. Security deposit is one month's rent plus utility allowance. Rent is 30 percent of adjusted gross income. Office is located at 1253 S Irwin. There is a Social Service Coordinator on staff. Activities and religious services are offered. Pets allowed. Smoking allowed.
